Whether you need a stunning centerpiece for a casual gathering or sophisticated appetizers for an event, our bespoke Charcuterie Boards and packaged Provisions are your go-to solution for gourmet quality, ready when you are.

Plated Dinner Pricing (Per Person)

Three-Course Dinner: $125

Four-Course Dinner: $135

Five-Course Dinner: $145

Seven-Course Tasting Menu: $165

(Additional courses priced upon request.)


What’s Included in Plated Meal Pricing:

On-site cooking

Elegant plated presentation

Professional event staff may be required for larger or multi-course dinners (see staffing below).

COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS & BUFFET-STYLE EVENTS

Perfect for gatherings, celebrations, vacation parties, and corporate events.

1. Food Cost (Actual Ingredient Cost Only)

You pay only for the actual cost of ingredients, based on my verified shopping history plus a small buffer for market fluctuations.

There is no markup on food.


2. Service Fee (Labor, Prep & On-Site Execution)

Covers all culinary labor, preparation, travel, equipment, on-site cooking, finishing, and cleanup.

Standard Events: $25 per person

Multi-Wave Events (e.g., hors d’oeuvres + dessert): $28 per person

Premium or High-End Experiences: $32–$35 per person


3. Logistics & Preparation Fee

A flat $100 per event, covering:

Ingredient sourcing

Menu design

Administrative planning

Travel and coordination

Equipment preparation and packing


4. Optional Enhancements

Dessert Add-On

Add a dessert wave or trio:

$3–$4 per person


Event Staffing (Service & Culinary Support)

Professional staff available for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles:

$150–$225 per staff member

(Varies based on service style, event duration, and culinary needs.)

Gratuity is never required but always appreciated.


5. Sales Tax

Required by South Carolina and North Carolina law on food and service fees.

Calculated based on event location.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Parties 1–12 Guests:

$300 deposit

Parties 13–25 Guests:

$500 deposit

(Larger events follow custom deposit terms.)

Final balance due the day of the event.
