COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS & BUFFET-STYLE EVENTS

1. Food Cost (Actual Ingredient Cost Only)
You pay only for the actual cost of ingredients, based on my verified shopping history plus a small buffer for market fluctuations.
There is no markup on food.
2. Service Fee (Labor, Prep & On-Site Execution)
Covers all culinary labor, preparation, travel, equipment, on-site cooking, finishing, and cleanup.
Standard Events: $25 per person
Multi-Wave Events (e.g., hors d’oeuvres + dessert): $28 per person
Premium or High-End Experiences: $32–$35 per person
3. Logistics & Preparation Fee
A flat $100 per event, covering:
Ingredient sourcing
Menu design
Administrative planning
Travel and coordination
Equipment preparation and packing
4. Optional Enhancements

Event Staffing (Service & Culinary Support)
Professional staff available for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles:
$150–$225 per staff member

5. Sales Tax
Required by South Carolina and North Carolina law on food and service fees.
Calculated based on event location.
Parties 1–12 Guests:
$300 deposit
Parties 13–25 Guests:
$500 deposit

Final balance due the day of the event.
